A very nice dessert drink. Used makers mark and double dream as I am not a fan of scotch and didn’t have single cream. The result is sweet, creamy and feels like a more decedent bourbon White Russian.
You can likely omit or lower the sugar or use a less sweet coffee liqueur (such as Mr black) but I’d say it’s very much something you can play around with.

Great drink, very refreshing and the wine adds some depth. I agree that the sugar syrup is not needed if using particular sweet grapes. Will be trying out adding some citrus to add a bit of a tang.
Fantastic twist on a classic, not too sweet in my opinion but a bit more interesting than a regular espresso martini
