This is amazing given its simplicity. I find Laphroaig perfect. Amaros other than Montenegro work very well - especially if more on the herbal side (I find montenegro too candy-like sometimes).
Also no personal shade but I'm glad this is the original name of the recipe - I refuse to call it S&M , so lame.
