Instead of Berryshka I used Gustav which is a Finnish blueberry/Raspberry Liqueur. I also muddled some fresh blueberries in the shaker to give a fruiter element. Very sweet and easy to drink! The egg white gives a very creamy finish that my daughter loved.

This one has become a favourite of my wife's as she likes her cocktails on the sweeter side. I didn't have any white rum on hand so used Vanilla vodka instead. The grenadine gives great colour and the passionfruit juice gives it a nice creamy froth on top. The lime juice balances the sweetness and the Pavan adds complexity. Great cocktail.
