Quite nice, shaken as per Simon’s recommendation. Gin is well balanced by the vermouth. Much less boozy tasting than a regular Martini.

Used strawberry Jelly, which was barely noticeable. The lemon juice seemed too prominent for me. Not bad.

Reminiscent of a Negroni, but much more balanced. Green Chartreuse is always a winner.

Excellent. Absinthe shines in this Manhattan. Might cut the absinthe in half to make it more subtle.
