I craft cocktails that bring together Indian flavors and modern techniques, creating drinks that tell stories and spark curiosity. I grew up in India, and started my journey behind the bar at a four-star hotel before working with Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru, and later Celebrity Cruises, where I learned from global bar cultures. Today, I lead the bar program at Sanjh Restaurant & Bar, working closely with Yangdup Lama to design menus that celebrate indian heritage with international classics.
