I’m Daniel Fornaro, an Italian bartender and entrepreneur, owner of Furnà, a cocktail bar in Isernia. I’m passionate about mixology, experimentation and the stories behind every drink. I love reinterpreting classics, exploring new techniques and giving ingredients a new life through a creative and sustainable approach. For me, bartending is about sharing experiences, emotions and a genuine passion for hospitality.
