60ml Patrón Silver
20ml Verjus with Orange Blossom
20ml Hydromel homemade with saffron and fig leaves
4 dash Pouliot mint tincture
Argan oil
Method: In the shaker put the Patron Silver, the verjus, hydromel and tincture, realize a cuban roll, pour into a glass previously placed in the freezer on a cube of clear ice. Raise the emulsion and pour it gently over the cocktail, add the garnishes and argan oil.
