Inspiration:
"Sprezzatura" - The art of creating a good feeling and unique atmosphere without apparent effort. This is what gastronomy is all about: let your guests feel special and create a good experience without noticing all the work behind.
This is my inspiration for my cocktail: this concept of gastronomy and the artist "Joseph Stall" (1874-1930).He created a grape-skirt-lady, so I drew a bergamot-skirt-lady. She reflects the "Sprezzatura" by casually holding this big bottle of Italicus. She celebrates the delicate flavours of the Rosolio di Bergamotto: citrus, flowers, lavender and so much more! This is "Sprezzatura"!
