
Cocoa powder & Lemon peel
Add the first three ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake then fine strain into chilled glass. Float cream on top. Garnish with a fine dusting of cocoa powder and lemon twist.
1 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
1 fl oz | White crème de cacao liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream |
