agar jelly
Place the crushed agar jelly into the glass first.
Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice and pour them over the jelly.
Add crushed ice and a straw.
For an even simpler version, we can just blend all the ingredients, including the agar jelly and ice, together in a blender.
2 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
3 fl oz | Oolong tea |
1/2 fl oz | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water) |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
