
Rim half the glass with sugar and spray some more absinthe over the final drink.
Rinse the glass with absinthe. Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice and strain into the rinsed coupe.
1 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1 1/3 fl oz | Hendrick's Gin |
2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur |
4 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
1/6 fl oz | Absinthe verte |
