Pour Test spreadsheets are used to record and calculate the accuracy of bartenders' pours as a training exercise to ensure bartenders are proficient at measuring with jiggers.
There are two Pour Test spreadsheets, both of which are free to download. One is designed for training, while the other is a competition spreadsheet.
The primary aim is to achieve 95% accuracy or better. This allows for a margin of +/-1 ml on every pour.
