How to make:
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled martini glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Monkey 47 gin |
3/4 fl oz | Grapefruit juice (ruby red) |
1/4 fl oz | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur |
Notes:
The hint of floral elderflower just lifts this nicely balanced cocktail accentuating the notes of this fantastic gin.
