Established in 1975 by Fred van Zuidam with a 300 square meter distillery, it was only ten years later after his wife Helene van Zuidam started creating the packaging for his products that the Zuidam Distillery took off. They expanded in 1989 and today their sons Patrick and Gilbert run the now 3,600 square meter distillery with four copper stills, over 1,000 oak casks, four production lines and modern tank storage.
