Their concept is an Ode to Ramón Maria Del Valle Inclan, who spent much of his life and based parts of his novel on the alley where they are located.

Following their philosophy of being ahead of their time and wanting to represent their art through gastronomy (incredible and experimental tableware, trompe l'oeil...). Their specialty is signature cocktails with a short menu of 8 cocktails that encompass all flavors. However, they also work with the greatest respect for classic cocktails, following them to the letter.

Helping the community: We prepare the coffee, purchased from an Ecuador association, "Café del Pacífico",that is dedicated to create employment for people facing disadvantaged conditions. We use 100% of the coffee , not just supporting those people but also minimising waste with every cocktail we serve.
