This unusual tavern is one of the most traditional places in Madrid, in operating since 1856; reopened its doors in September 2018 to host the second project of Argentine bartender Diego Cabrera.

The space offers an unprecedented format in the capital that combines 'unusual tavern' and cocktails with the aim of recovering old traditions around the appetizer.

Ketel One vodka, Filtered Espresso Coffee, Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur, Cynar, Simple Syrup, Cold Brew. Garnished with a Coffee Coaster made from Ecological Coffee Waste.

Helping the community: For this cocktail we use the organic coffee from a neighbourhood coffee shop, " Café de Finca", that actively works with small farmers in the city, giving support and visibility to those farmers and the flavourful ingredients that grow on our doorstep.
