Café Jeanne sits at the heart of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme and is an all-day café, lounge, and cocktail bar that shifts theme as the day progresses, from breakfast and coffee in the morning to aperitifs and cocktails late into the evening.
Introduced in 2021, Café Jeanne replaced the hotel's former standalone Le Bar as part of a broader concept offering a contemporary interpretation of the classic Parisian café. Its various spaces include a restaurant, fireside lounge and terrace, but for cocktail drinkers the place to head is the handsome bar counter. Set within a mirrored alcove, its faceted surfaces were conceived to echo the gemstones displayed by the jewellery houses surrounding nearby Place Vendôme. As evening approaches, the lighting dims, and the bar becomes the hotel's focal point.
Food is integral to Café Jeanne, with executive chef Jean-François Rouquette overseeing a menu rooted in French café and brasserie traditions.
