Hacha

Appropriately named after the axe used to cut agave piña, Hacha (pronounced 'Acha') is a neighbourhood bar offering a constantly evolving range of 25 agave spirits (tequila, mezcal, bacanora etc.) and cocktails, including its signature Mirror Margarita served either based on tequila or mezcal.

Opened April 2019, Hacha is the brainchild of Deano Moncrieffe and his partner Emma Murphy. Deano is Diageo Reserve's Tequila Brand Ambassador and brings with him over a decade of experience working with agave spirit and this is evidenced in the breadth of the selection. Tasting flights allow guests to comparatively sample a trio of these tequila, mezcal and bacanora with each spirit served with a bite-sized snack selected to enhance the spirit's flavour.

The food offering by Conga features tasty traditional Mexican dishes such as Tostaditas and tacos.
