Appearance:

Cloudy, pale straw yellow-amber with thin, ring of foam, beige head.

Aroma:

Toasty, yeasty, pink grapefruit zest with herbal whiffs of yeast extract.

Taste:

Well done barley toast, savoury - almost meaty with zesty pink grapefruit sour zestyness and moderate hop spiciness (cardamom).

Aftertaste:

Lingering, doughy bready and well-done toast sandwich finish with faint gala melon fruit, light herbal spice and a dusting of cracked black pepper.
