Review and Tasting

Sampled on 04/06/2013

Appearance

(sample best before Oct 2018) Cloudy, pale golden.

Aroma

Pungent ripe orange zest, wonderfully fragrant with notes of orange flower water.

Taste

Slightly sweet with gentian bitterness and pronounced orange zest oil flavour.

Aftertaste

Long bitter orange zesty finish. Lacks the complexity of some other orange bitters with a slightly sweet flavour but has intense orange zesty flavours.
