Based on glycerine and flavoured with "oil of bitter orange terpeneless, gentian and other natural flavours."

Review and Tasting

Sampled on 04/06/2013

Appearance:

Cloudy, pale golden.

Aroma:

Pungent ripe orange zest, wonderfully fragrant with notes of orange flower water.

Taste:

Slightly sweet with gentian bitterness and pronounced orange zest oil flavour.

Aftertaste:

Long bitter orange zesty finish.

Overall:

Lacks the complexity of some other orange bitters with a slightly sweet flavour but has intense orange zesty flavours.
