Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Fresh fragrant green apple skin with a waxiness and notes of Riesling wine.

Taste:

Clean, crisp apple, white peach, melon and stewed apple/Bramley apple sauce.

Aftertaste:

Tart cleasing green apple skin and lingering acidity.
