This Trinidadian rum is a blend of molasses-based rums aged in once used charred American oak ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of seven years.

Clear, dark bronze amber with bright golden highlights.
Chocolate, raisin, vanilla, caramel, fudge and mocha coffee. Turns more chocolate fudge with aeration/water.
Medium to full-bodied. Vanilla fudge, dry oak, mocha coffee and cinnamon spice.
Bitter caramel, dark bitter chocolate and mocha coffee with mild cinnamon and black pepper spice. Very faint lingering empty plastic food container.
Coffee, chocolate and sweet spice characterize this Trinidadian rum which has a dry, slightly bitter finish.
