Appearance:

(sample best before 18/Jan/15) Clear, pale golden with thin but retentive white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

French baguette crust with light metallic grassiness and faint pine sap.

Taste:

Light bead crust maltiness with faint apple chutney and grassy hops.

Aftertaste:

Dry, bread crust and light cleansing hops.
