It also lists the ingredients: water, barley malt, whet malt, hops, yeast, mixed herbs, antioxidant E220 (the latter E-number referencing sulphur dioxide (SO₂).

Review and Tasting

Sampled on 01/02/2011

Appearance:

Hazy, straw yellow.

Aroma:

When first poured omitted a rather stinky, still-fermenting nose. Aroma fades to slightly cheesy, with yeast notes.

Taste:

Thin palate with lightly bitter citrus and estery fruit.

Aftertaste:

Hint of coriander, vegetal to a slightly metallic, fizzy finish - akin to fermenting fruit juice.
