Released November 2011, this 100% chardonnay vintage champagne is made from grapes grown in Premiers Crus vineyards in Côte des Blancs and la Montagne de Reims (Vertus, Villers-Marmery, Trépail and Vaudemange). It is aged on lees for 6 months and then a further 5 to 6 years in bottle. Dosage 8 g/l.

Appearance:

Pale, straw golden yellow with small persistent bubbles.

Aroma:

Brioche and white peach with honeysuckle, meringue and light lemon zest.

Taste:

Buttery brioche with white peach, chalky minerality with lemongrass and lemony citrus.

Aftertaste:

Long, light, lemony finish.
