Pumpkins have a long history of being used in beer during early American colonialisation. Accordingly this ale is brewed with American 2-Row, British Crystal and Belgian Biscuit malts alongside pumpkin and nutmeg and blended with Willametter and American Fuggle hops.

Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber with retentive ivory coloured head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Carrot juice-like aromas with nutmeg, coriander and clove spice with pine hops.

Taste:

Earthy woody doughy bread with carrot vegetal notes and clove spice.

Aftertaste:

Lingering nutmeg and clove spice.
