Appearance:

Clear, golden amber (hazy with water).

Aroma:

Smoky, peaty and salty with lemon zest and faint menthol.

Taste:

Slightly sweet smoky vegetal peat with stewed pear given complexity with tar, dry oak, salt and pepper.

Aftertaste:

Very long and smoky with cracked black pepper spice.
