Appearance:

Clear, burnished coppery golden.

Aroma:

Prunes, chocolate and varnished oak with menthol, orange blossom and marmalade.

Taste:

Apple, varnish, quince and very light tannins - refinement from well-seasoned oak with old leather and brazil nuts.

Aftertaste:

Stewed apple, quince, chocolate and light spice.
