The third limited edition of 1,000 cases from anCnoc with packaging designed by New York artist Peter Arkle. The illustration of bricks used takes its inspiration from Knockdhu Distillery’s dunnage warehouses. Matured in Spanish oak sherry seasoned butts and American oak ex-bourbon barrels.

Appearance:
Clear, pale yellow amber.
Aroma:
Lemon zest and juice with acacia honey, vanilla and nubuck leather.
Taste:
Spicy lemon zest and rich sherry with nutmeg, oak tannins and faint bitter nutty cacao.
Aftertaste:
Long spicy sherry and citrus finish.
