Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Tobacco leaf, vanilla fudge, new leather, sultana, currant, nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper spice, carob, tonka, cocoa nibs, matchbox lighting strip and charred oak.

Taste:

Tobacco, nougat and cacao, sultana and currants, light charred oak, vanilla, nutmeg and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Tobacco, caramel, cinnamon, clove, liquorice, carob and Tonka.

Overall:

A moderately rich, full-bodied, sherry-seasoned, late-night sipping rum with dried fruit, tobacco, carob, tonka and delicate toasted oak spice.
