Made in the Sierra Madre Del Norte highlands of San Juan del Rio by a remote community gathered around the palenque. They roast semi-wild organic Espadin and distill it in copper over log fires.

Salty and gently smoky with underlying subtle sweetness and minerality.
Salty spicy oak with gentle smokiness and faint tropical fruit.
