Appearance:

Clear, deep ruby-red.

Aroma:

Pungent blackberry and raspberry jammy fruit.

Taste:

Reminiscent of raspberry jam with blackberry and blackcurrant. Citric acidity bite.

Aftertaste:

Tart, strawberry and raspberry finish with lingering citric acidity.
