A blend of eaux-de-vie mainly sourced from the Fins Bois, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, aged in Limousin oak casks for an average age of 3 years old but with the oldest "approaching 10 years".

Appearance:

Clear, coppery golden amber with bright golden glints.

Aroma:

Red apple, toffee apple, plump sultanas and vanilla with elegant cinnamon spiced oak.

Taste:

Toffee apple, caramel, fruit cake, butter tart and vanilla with light nutty oak and delicate spice. All too easy to drink.

Aftertaste:

Lingering raisony blackened fruitcake and vanilla.
