Appearance

Clear, pale golden with faint green tinge.

Aroma

Very floral with honeysuckle and lavender, orchard fruit and orange zest. More subtle notes of vanilla, apricot, rosemary and acacia honey.

Taste

Lemon sherbet, zesty lemon and ripe apple with lavender and cloves. Moderate sweetness is well-balanced by citrus and bitter barky notes.

Aftertaste

Zesty lemon and lingering citric acidity.
