Medium-bitter amaro made by infusing herbs such as condurango, cardamom, cinnamon, bitter orange peels and cinchona in neutral alcohol and then sweetening with sugar.

Produced since 1952, Luxardo Amaro Abano is named after the Roman spa town of Abano Terme in the Euganean Hills near Venice, Italy and this is depicted on the label.
