Appearance:

(sample best before end Jul/15) Clear, head quickly develops and dissipates equally quickly. Large bubbles.

Aroma:

Dusty quinine, citrus zest and lemon meringue pie filling.

Taste:

Thin mouthfeel, bitter quinine and bitter lemon.

Aftertaste:

Lingering quinine and citrus bitterness and citric acidity.
