Appearance:

(sample bottle certificate NO. 7027) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent. Ripe plum, raspberry jam and grilled almond with cherry and strawberry.

Taste:

Wonderfully fruity, ripe plum, raspberry jam, almond and cracked black pepper.

Aftertaste:

Notes of raspberry shine in the fruity, lightly peppery finish.

Overall:

This wonderfully aromatic peppery plum eau-de-vie has pronounced raspberry jam notes and faint almond.
