Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Honey, maple wood and nutmeg with creamy vanilla, melon, faint pear drops, orange zest and walnuts.

Taste:

Rich, honeyed and spicy with black pepper, nutmeg, ginger and orange zest. Creamy, chocolate and tobacco leaf.

Aftertaste:

Very long warming spicy finish with orange zest and orange blossom.

Overall:

Rich, honeyed and spicy. Spicy notes are assertive and warming yet this is an easy drinking malt that’s well suited to the occasion suggested by its name.
