Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Piney juniper, zesty orange and lemon, violet blossom and blanched almonds.
Taste:
Orange juice and peel, brawny peppery spice, coriander and juniper. Higher than normal alcohol and spice helps balance sweet orange.
Aftertaste:
Sweet orange, piney juniper and assertive peppery spice.
Overall:
Orange and spice prevail in this punchy, summery gin.
