Appearance:
(sample bottle BBE 14/Jul/18) Hazy, cherry/strawberry red with thin but retentive off-white head.
Aroma:
Fresh raspberry, jammy raspberry, zesty lemon and faint herbal aromas. Very faint vanilla ice-cream.
Taste:
Jammy raspberry and tart unripe fruit, sourness, light cracked black pepper spice and dry pine hops.
Aftertaste:
Slight sour, lightly bitter fruity finish with light black pepper spice.
Overall:
Fresh and jammy raspberry, sour/lightly bitter with mild cracked black pepper.
