Crystal clear with plentiful rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Quinine and faint lemon zest.

Taste:

Clean with good quinine flavour and subtle lemon notes. Well-balanced.

Aftertaste:

Quinine and mild lemon.

Overall:

As low-cal tonic waters go, this is one of the better examples. Classic in style and well-balanced without off-notes from sweeteners.
