Made with distilled apricot and cherry kernels, the Noyau du Vernon company was created in the early 1900s by the Thuillier family but later merged with the Noyaux de France company, producers of Noyau de Poissy. Noyau is now made by Pagès Védrenne.

Clear, pale coppery amber.
Toasted almond and battenburg cake.
Dry and spiritous - not the sweet almond liqueur the nose might prepare you for. Toasted almond with delicate ripe cherry fruit. Sweetness is balanced by assertive peppery spirituous spice.
Amaretto-like almond with peppery spirituous spice.
Reminiscent of a pre-mixed Godfather cocktail (amaretto and Scotch whisky). This liqueur has almond notes reminiscent of amaretto but with cherry fruitiness and assertive spirituous spice.
