Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Desiccated coconut with delicate whiffs of rum, white pepper and white chocolate.

Taste:

Desiccated coconut with well-balanced sweetness and delicately peppery fortifying spirit.

Aftertaste:

Desiccated coconut and mild spirituous spice.

Overall:

More subtly coconut flavoured, "natural" tasting, and dryer than some "coconut rums". All this lacks is a touch more alcohol to properly qualify as a coconut rum rather than a mere "spirit drink".
