Appearance:

(sample bottle best before Jul/20) Hazy, golden amber. Glass coating and slow to pour.

Aroma:

Cooked lime juice with a touch of butterscotch.

Taste:

Intensely concentrated lime with a floral and butterscotch note.

Aftertaste:

Tart zesty lime.

Overall:

This highly concentrated lime flavoured syrup is a quality alternative to lime cordial in a Gimlet.
