Clear, orange-pink.

Aroma:

Zesty orange with herbal vinous and delicate floral aromas.

Taste:

Bittersweet with cleansing acidity. Zesty lightly tart orange with delicate herbal complexity and light bitterness.

Aftertaste:

Long bittersweet zesty lightly herbal orange.

Overall:

Served chilled and neat this makes for an attractive bittersweet, zesty orange aperitif. In cocktails, Orange Colombo can be used in place of its deep red Italian bitter counterparts.
