Appearance:

Clear, deep bronze amber.

Aroma:

Pungent coriander, sage, cut grass, rooty and barky herbal tones, and some eucalyptus.

Taste:

Nutty coriander seeds and grassy fresh coriander with some sage notes.

Aftertaste:

Long coriander finish with a touch of eucalyptus and lingering barky bitterness.

Overall:

Don't overlook these complex bitters when formulating gin-based cocktails.
