Review and Tasting

Sampled on 03/01/2024

Appearance:

Slight haze, light rust orange-pink.

Aroma:

Cherry blossom, black cherry, and strawberry.

Taste:

Sweet floral notes are dried tart notes which the brand says are "rosehip and savoury myrtle."

Aftertaste:

Floral bittersweet cherry cola.

Overall:

Of the trio of Everleaf non-alcoholic aperitifs available, this is the one I prefer when sampled neat. However, it's my least favourite in the brand's signature serve over ice with 3 parts light tonic.
