Described on the label as "vibrant & aromatic", Everleaf Mountain is flavoured with "12 sustainably sourced botanicals" including cherry blossom, fresh strawberry, juniper, rosehip and myrtle, sweetened with Fairtrade cane sugar.
Founded and formulated by Paul Mathew, a conservationist turned bar owner, Everleaf is a non-alcoholic bittersweet cordial made with distillations and extracts of botanicals.

Review and Tasting
Sampled on 03/01/2024
Slight haze, light rust orange-pink.
Cherry blossom, black cherry, and strawberry.
Sweet floral notes are dried tart notes which the brand says are "rosehip and savoury myrtle."
Floral bittersweet cherry cola.
Of the trio of Everleaf non-alcoholic aperitifs available, this is the one I prefer when sampled neat. However, it's my least favourite in the brand's signature serve over ice with 3 parts light tonic.
