As the name suggests, this gin is made in collaboration with Michelin star chef and TV presenter, James Martin. Distilled in small batches with 11 botanicals:
organic juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, ginger, lemongrass, pine, dried Valencia orange peel, Limoncello Lemon zest, and two other "secret ingredients."

Crystal clear.
Nutty musky angelica root and piney juniper dominate with zesty citrus and ginger.
Pine fresh juniper with assertive spice, including ginger. Bright zesty freshness.
Piney juniper with rooty herbal notes and subdued zesty citrus. The finish leads me to suspect that one of the two "secret ingredients" is liquorice.
A generous concentration of botanicals results in a full-flavoured gin that's well suited to G&Ts. Indeed, its flavour is so generous that you may want to pour a little less than when making a G&T with other gins. That assertive flavour makes this gin less suited to general cocktail use.
