Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Fresh cereal grain with white pepper spice and faint pineapple, pear drops and mango fruity funk.
Taste:
A subtle "fresh" mintyness emerges on the distinctly grainy (faintly creamy) malty palate with grassy notes and more ripe tropical fruit.
Aftertaste:
White and black peppery spiritous spice with grassy, fruity and faint cacao notes.
Overall:
Combines notes associated with whisky and rum in what some would call a brannvin. A very versatile and interesting base spirit for cocktails.
