Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/01/2025

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden amber.

Aroma:

Pungent peaty heathery smoke, salty sea air, vanilla and toasty oak.

Taste:

Smoky, salty tar with cinnamon and cracked black peppery spice.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering chewy bonfire smoke and salt.

Overall:

Smokey, peaty and salty. Delicious neat and with a generous flavour that works brilliantly in cocktails calling for a peated malt.
